Free, confidential and independent information advice and advocacy, on a wide range of issues is available at Age Concern Bristol's Information and Advice Service. The Information & Advice Service is happy to help anyone over 55 who lives within the Bristol boundaries. Our highly trained, friendly advisors can help you with anything from providing you with the phone number of a hairdresser to advice on which benefits you're entitled to and assistance with completing complicated official forms. Wards Solicitors run a wills service from our office on the last Friday of every month, where you can get your will prepared for a donation to Age Concern Bristol.
You can contact our Information and Advice Service on 0117 922 5353 and speak to one of our advisors to either get advice over the phone or to make an appointment. We offer both office appointments and home visits. We are open from 10am to 1pm Monday to Thursday with our opening hours extending to 3.30pm on Tuesdays.
